How much is delivery?

We constantly strive to offer you the best shipping rates available to us. Our current preferred courier is Parcelforce.

We currently offer three main types of delivery.

Royal Mail
Up to 1kg – £2.95

Parcelforce (couriers)
Up to 25kg – £5.95

Spend over £20
Free Delivery!

This is a flat rate, unless a very large weight/quantity is ordered or delivery is outside UK Mainland *. In this case please contact us to arrange a surcharge that best suits you.

* UK Mainland excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly.

When should I expect to receive my package?

We will do our best to have your order to you as soon as possible. If you place your order with us before 4pm, we will dispatch it the next working day.

You should expect your order to be with you in 2-3 working days, however outside of UK Mainland may take longer. If this applies to you, please contact us for more details.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom Mainland at the prices listed above. As orders can vary greatly in size and weight, we cannot guarantee the same prices for outside of the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly). If this applies to you, please contact us to discuss our delivery prices.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we do offer delivery outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us for overseas shipping rates.

How will my items be packaged?

In line with our environmental policy, we aim for all our packaging to be made from recycled materials. Small orders will be shipped in either a parcel bag or small box, and larger orders will be sent in a box, carefully packed by Chestfields staff.
